Broker Associate/Realtor (11 years experience)
- Buyer's Agent,
- Listing Agent,
I moved to Boca Grande full time in 2008 but I have frequented the area since the late 80's. In addition to all of the obvious reasons one chooses to live on Gasparilla Island, two additional reasons why I chose to relocate to Boca Grande were due to the Island's "bike path" (the old CSX railroad track that runs from the Northern end to the South End of the Island) and the "dog friendly" environment of the Island that includes a designated "dog park" where dogs of all sizes and breeds gather every evening to "socialize".
To ensure that I exceed the needs of my clients, I continue to advance my education. In addition to earning my Florida Broker's license, I hold real estate designations in residential construction, and I was awarded the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation. The CLHMS designation is awarded to agents who have documented performance in the TOP 10% of their markets, and have successfully demonstrated their expertise in the luxury home and estate market. I utilize the latest technology to ensure that I am always readily available to my clients. I pride myself on my integrity and honesty, strong work ethic, and my ability to provide the highest level of customer service. My #1 goal is to earn your repeat business and referrals.
I take my professional life very seriously. I am thrilled to be part of the Gulf to Bay Sotheby's team and continue to be impressed with the unsurpassed quality and international reach of the Sotheby's brand. We may be "the other Boca" and LIVE on a tiny island that is one of the "best kept secrets", however, when you are represented by a Sothebys agent, you will have the power of the Sotheby's brand and its uncompromising quality and history of quality and innovation to rely on.
My background consists of a B.A. from Penn State University where I participated in the Semester at Sea program. I hold a Masters in Science degree in Occupational Therapy and had a successful career in pharmaceutical sales, prior to relocating to the Island to be closer to my parents. I am an outdoor enthusiast and I enjoy spending time on the beach, kayaking, fishing and boating with my husband and three sons.
We are a "house divided" as our oldest son is a Gator at the University of Florida and our middle son is a Seminole and attends Florida State University. Our youngest son is a junior at LemonBay in Englewood, FL
You can reach me directly at 941.961.0630. I look forward to finding you a home on the island that inspires you to LIVE your best life!
